Heat treatment is at the heart of any steel making process. We have set up a fully automated state of the art heat treatment plant to achieve absolute control and accuracy.
This in house facility distinguishes our bars as each bar gets the optimum heat treatment within a narrow temperature range making our bars strong and consistent, batch by batch.
The Quenching process helps rapid cooling of the material and the material achieves uniform mechanical properties. Our control and accuracy over this critical process gives us an edge as a manufacturer and makes us a preferred choice when it comes to critical applications.
