1965
Venus was formed as a trading company for stainless steel wires and bars.
1980
Started offices and warehouses in six cities in India.
1990
Established the IST production unit of Venus Wire Industries as an export-oriented facility.
1992
Exports to Europe, North America, and parts of Asia started.
1996
Started manufacturing stainless steel and manufacturing wires.
1999
Received ISO certification and achieved the regional highest export award from EEPC.
2002
The subsidiary Precision Metal was established with additional capacity for bright bars and an in-house heat treatment facility.
2006
The European subsidiary, Venus Edelstahl GmbH (Germany), was formed.
2008
Set up offices in the USA and the UK.
2009
Started supplies in Aerospace and Nuclear plants, receiving NPC and Aerospace approval.
2010
Added additional wire capacity and special products.
2011
Received ISO 14001 and 18000 approvals.
2014
Received ASME Section 3 Approval and obtained approval for the industry.
2016
Venus celebrated 25 years of excellence in manufacturing Stainless Steel Wire and Bars.
2018
Invested in the auto machine of the Bright Bar Facility.
2019
Set up a production plan to produce Solenoid Quality Bars.
